Weekend in NY

We drove up to LI on Thursday night to spend a long weekend with family and friends. We spent Friday with the Pecorino's. That morning started out with a great trip to the Long Island Game Farm. Brennan wasn't fearful at all when it came to feeding the animals. In Bambiland, he had a chance to chase and feed plenty of baby deer.

In the Nursery, he enjoyed giving a baby sheep a bottle of milk.

He also enjoyed petting ducklings in Old MacDonald's Farm. That evening, Aunt Kerry and Uncle Philip came for dinner. We ate outdoors and Brennan enjoyed running around the yard a little before bedtime.

We spent Saturday in Jamesport with my parents, Uncle Mimi, Uncle Pete and Meghan. Mama and Poppy also made it out for dinner. We took Brennan down to Vets Beach in Mattituck, where he had fun playing on playground. He went down this big slide quite a few times while we were there.

After Brennan's nap, we spent the afternoon playing with bubbles and running through the sprinkler to keep cool. Brennan wanted "baby" to go in the sprinkler too and helped push her right in. He was kind enough to protect her face from the sun with his hat.

On Sunday, we headed over to Mariah and Howie's house to celebrate Avery and Olivia's second birthday. The party was fun, although I was a bum and didn't take any pictures. Brennan had a fun time playing with all his girlfriends - Avery, Olivia, Emily, Brooke and Ava! He was the only little boy there! I'm hoping to get a few photos from Mariah that I will post at a later time!
