Tyler's 2 Month Stats

After dropping Brennan off at preschool today, we headed to the pediatrician for Tyler's 2 month check-up.  He weighed 11 lb 14 oz (56%) and was 23 3/4 inches long (80%.)  He was up over an inch and a pound and a half from a month ago, but compared to Brennan's stats at 2 months, he's a lightweight!  At two months, Brennan was the same length, but weighed in at a whopping 14.5 pounds.  Tyler started the vaccine cycle today and received two shots (for DTap, Polio, Pneumocaccal and Hib) and an oral vaccine for rotavirus.  He cried when the shots were administered, but quickly calmed.  The doctor was pleased with his growth, his head control and muscle strength.  As you can see in the photos, Tyler is becoming more responsive and often smiles when you talk to him.
